I was supposed to have and install on July 18th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. And 12:00 p.m. Around 12 o'clock I call DirecTV to find out where my the technician was at. They told me that he was running late but he was on his way to do the install. One o'clock comes around I call again and they tell me that they will contact dispatch they left me on hold for 40 minutes and never return to the phone call! When I call-back someone had rescheduled my appointment to July the 24th between the hours of 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. with-out my permission or knowledge! They did not email call or text to let me know that this it happened. I call-back and speak to a manager who lied to me and told me that he could override the system and that a technician would be at my house within 15 to 30 minutes and he would credit my account for the inconvenience that they caused me . After an hour I called back and spoke to another representative who told me that the manager didn't leave his information in the remarks so she could not find out who the manager was nor did he give my account credit that he promised! So long story short I am still stuck with no install no real understanding on why the technician did not show up to my house nor why the appointment was moved and all they could say is we are sorry the earliest date we can give you is one week from today!
