    HORRIBLE REPAIR SERVICE!!!!!!! Been w/o TV for 1 week so far!!! Lost signal last Friday 10 frown faces...it won't let me put the worst frowns! 1000 black marks. TERRIBLE!!!! Have waited all day on Tuesday for a technician only to be told @ 5:30 he can't climb on the roof to do a repair. LAZY! Make another appointment for Friday between 4-6. Computer confirms several times during the day as to my appointment time. Even says the tech will be there in 20 mins. MANY complaint calls to 1 800 number only to be given more run around.
