  • Direct tv install and costumer service.

    I was supposed to have and install on July 18th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. And 12:00 p.m. Around 12 o'clock I call DirecTV to find out where my the technician was at. They told me that he was running late but he was on his way to do the install. One o'clock comes around I call again and they tell me that they will contact dispatch they left me on hold for 40 minutes and never return to the phone call! When I call-back someone had rescheduled my appointment to July the 24th between the hours of 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. with-out my permission or knowledge! They did not email call or... More...

  • Direct dish not receiving

    HORRIBLE REPAIR SERVICE!!!!!!! Been w/o TV for 1 week so far!!! Lost signal last Friday 10 frown won't let me put the worst frowns! 1000 black marks. TERRIBLE!!!! Have waited all day on Tuesday for a technician only to be told @ 5:30 he can't climb on the roof to do a repair. LAZY! Make another appointment for Friday between 4-6. Computer confirms several times during the day as to my appointment time. Even says the tech will be there in 20 mins. MANY complaint calls to 1 800 number only to be given more run around.   • Hannah Shines in a dim company.

    I must say that I am not pleased with the overall quality of service that directi tv provides. I was given the wrong information from several customer service representatives and lied to. But at the pinnacle of my frustration, a customer service rep named Hannah went above and beyond to help me. She corrected all errors that were on my account. She was patient, kind, and professional. She seemed enthusiastic about her job of helping others. She performed her job well. It is rare to meet someone in the service industry of that caliber.   • direct tv garbage

    was dish customer for 4 yrs. change to direct tv big mistake more money less channels. lose picture couple times a day. stay away from them they totally does there reps. who will do nothing to help you. I now pay 20.00 more for 25 less channels. they also lied about a 30 day cancelation policy they will say and do anything to suck you in. let the buyer beware. More...
